Electronic tunable harmonic oscillator
Veselý, Jiří ; Jeřábek, Jan (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
This masters project describes properties and primary parameters of active function blocks (OPA, VCA, OTA, CFA, CC) usable in construction of harmonic oscillators. Basic principles of harmonic generators, especially feedback oscillators, are introduced. In next section are presented five particular schematics of harmonic tuned oscillators. For this oscillators are indicated basic formulas, essential qualities performed by simulations and results of sensitivity and tolerance analysis. In the last part of diploma thesis there are selected three circuits which are made and their features are measured.
Demonstrational programs for music record processing
Jonáš, Petr ; Rajmic, Pavel (referee) ; Číž, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the processing of music records and signals. Demonstra- tion programs were created in Matlab. In this thesis were created function of equalization, transposition and sound effects. In this thesis was created application for determining the similarity of signals.
Economic Value of Frequency Spectrum
Dopita, Jiří ; Cahlík, Tomáš (advisor) ; Vokatá, Petra (referee)
The focus of this bachelor's thesis are various methods in which the frequency spectrum is allocated and a valuation of the frequency spectrum. At the beginning there is a description of mobile communication technologies and the individual bands of spectrum used by mobile operators for a better understanding of the topic. There are also described various methods in which the frequency spectrum is allocated. Special attention is paid to auctions because they are currently the most used method of spectrum allocation. Auctions that have already been completed and selected auctions that are in preparation are described in the next chapter. Finally, the value of the frequency spectrum in various bands is analyzed using data from European auctions that have been described in the chapter before. More attention is paid to the value of the digital dividend where various factors influencing the value are examined.

Application of Combinatorial Auctions on Public Procurement
Kohoutová, Adéla ; Fiala, Petr (advisor) ; Borovička, Adam (referee)
The public procurement draws a lot of attention in terms of treatment with public resources. Unfortunately this attention has mostly negative character. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to bring an untraditional overview on the processing of public procurement and introduce one of the modern ways of using auction mechanisms. Combinatorial auctions can, as it already happened in other areas, open new possibilities for contracting authorities and bidders who participate in procurement conducted in accordance with Czech legislation. Also this Diploma Thesis can be the inspiration for thought if the current rules for public procurement are in accordance with the best interests of contracting authorities and bidders. In order to present the application of combinatorial auctions on public procurement the mathematical model based on partially real data was compiled in software Lingo. The results of such model were used as the source for the effectiveness analysis of discussed topic.
Analysis of the competitive mobile market in the Czech Republic
Honzáková, Tereza ; Zeman, Jiří (advisor) ; Filipová, Alena (referee)
The work deals with the effectiveness of competitive mobile market in the Czech Republic. It assesses the behavior of mobile operators on the Czech market and its impact on end users. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the description of the telecommunications sector as a network industry showing features of imperfect competition. Then there are the institutions responsible for regulating provided mobile telecommunications market and their scope. The second part deals with specific economic values achieved by individual operators, and then their characteristic strategies for those operating in poorly competitive market. There is made an order in final conclusion for efficiently competitive environment.
